\nMy coaching style is deeply informed by my many years as a therapist and executive leader. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), the pioneering form of cognitive behavior therapy and Existential Therapy were the primary modalities I used as a therapist and they are woven into my coaching practice. REBT is an action-oriented modality that teaches individuals to examine their own thoughts, beliefs, and actions, and replace those that are self-defeating with more life-enhancing alternatives.
